As mums ourselves, we understand the challenges parents are faced daily and we encourage you to bring your bubs along for a fun workout session!
Mums and Bubs Yoga - taking expressions of interest on days and times
Perfect for mums looking to get back into postnatal exercise. These sessions are designed around mother and baby; specifically to experience together, to encourage interaction and bonding.
The class is suitable for mums with babies from 6 weeks* until crawling age.
Once babies are crawling, we recommend attending the Parents Yoga; a class that allows you to bring your bub, but we have some extra hands to help look after them whilst you participate in the class.
*please ensure you have consent from your health practitioner to return to exercise before signing up for the class.
Parents Yoga - taking expressions of interest on days and times
A yoga class that allows mums and dads to bring their little ones and we will have extra hands to look after and entertain the children whilst parents get a complete mind-body workout to de-stress, increase flexibility and build natural strength.
